Since January, I’ve been participating in a monthly yoga challenge where you practice one yoga pose each day of the month. This challenge is run by @beachyogagirl (follow her on Instagram or Facebook).
In May, she’s doing a beginner level yoga challenge which is perfect for getting started. Whether you want to post your photos or not, this is a great way to incorporate stretching and yoga into your daily routine. Just follow her on one of the social media channels and she’ll post “how-to” videos to help you get started.
You don’t have to have any yoga experience to try this challenge. It’s a great way to get out of your comfort zone, try something new, and gain flexibility and strength along the way.
