Last year was the YOTR (Year of the Rozay). Well I had fun doing all kinds of stuff… ½ marathons , mud runs. For 2014 I need to get real – as in Rozay 2.0. No more fun. Grind and Grub. I will keep a journal of my journey as I move to become Rozay 2.0. I have put on some more pounds and this is real life. I need to get to a better place and that place starts now.

Plan is to run 4 times a week (Monday, Wednesday , Friday and Saturday or Sunday), lift 2 times a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), boxing and swimming when I can during the week. Grub work on low to no sugar as much as possible. Low fat lean proteins and veggies/salads. It took me a while to get here and it will take some hard work to get to Rozay 2.0. Here it goes… wish me luck.  I will get pics and updates in the coming weeks.

Official kick off May 7th.
