Rozay 2.0 – Two weeks In.

Two weeks in and I feel great.  I have started 2-a-days and by Friday I am all busted up.  But I keep the grind and the grub on point.  The prize is Rozay 2.0.  Down 6.5 pounds.   It is a start and the goal is 50lbs.  Only 43.5 more to go.  Jogging, boxing, swimming, outdoor IT, tennis and weight lifting, just to name a few of the activities to keep up the grind.  It is starting to heat up outside. Getting ready to melt away some more lbs.  Grub I pretty much cut out all the bad snacks and sweets.  Stay True to yourself – Rozay.
