# 21 Day Pushup Challenge

Let’s get straight to it! Today is day 1 of our 21 day pushup challenge! Let’s see how much stronger we can get in 21 days! Here we go!!

Week 1

Day 1: Do as many pushups as you can without stopping. This is your MAX.

Day 2: 2 sets of half of your MAX. If your max was 20, then you do 2 sets of 10.

Day 3: 3 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 4: 3 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 5: 4 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 6: 4 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 7: off

Week 2

Day 8: 3 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 9: 3 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 10: 4 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 11: 4 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 12: 5 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 13: 5 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 14: off

Week 3

Day 15: 4 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 16: 4 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 17: 5 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 18: 5 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 19: 6 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 20: 6 sets of half of your MAX.

Day 21: off

Now it’s time to record your new MAX! The cool thing about this challenge is that you can easily turn it into a regular workout. Here’s how. After each set of pushups, add in a set of crunches for 20-30 seconds and a set of squats at half your MAX. There you have it! It’s that easy!
