Why is this product called WD-40? Because they failed 39 times trying to get the formula right. The program that I am working out with now is called Strong lifts 5×5. And when I fail to lift the expected weight the app tells me failure is part of the program. Don’t be afraid to fail. We are human that is what we do.
I have a bad knee and there are some things I can’t do as well as I used to but I still try and I still push hard and I don’t worry about failing. It is part of the game. I am just glad to still be in the game. If you are not failing you are not trying. If you are not trying you are not Hype4life! You just have to start somewhere. But just try.
I started out lifting 19 weeks on the 5×5 program. 3 times a week. Some good days some bad days but I was there. Getting humbled by the weight. But I kept trying and kept pushing. I was hoping to get 275 on the bench press 5 sets of 5. It took me 19 weeks but I made it. I guess that was my WD-19(weeks).
