The dog days of summer are here and they come with vacations, staycations, camps and other scheduling and traveling adventures. This week I am in Chicago fighting food kryptonite’s and I have to remind myself to keep grinding. While on vacation or traveling during the summer find unique ways to stay on your workout routine, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Recently Coach JP posted a picture of CA (his wifey) working the stairs at the dean dome while the kids were attending a camp.
Here is a snap of me and Darren 8th grader (grinding for middle school football) getting our morning workout on while in the Chi.
