Our challenges are unique and fun! The challenges are set in a group environment so you can easily get friends and family involved! The group environment adds a fun element to our health and fitness grind! We know how easy it is to get so caught up in looking and feeling better that we forget to enjoy it along the way! When you join a Hype4Life Challenge we strive to inspire you to be more active, eat healthier foods, and take better care of yourself so that you can enjoy the well balanced lifestyle you deserve!


When you join the challenge you are given a unique ID. We use the IDs to give you control over who knows your scores. You can keep it private or share it with friends and family. It’s completely up to you. Your ID is used to keep track of your points during the challenge. Drink water. Earn points! Eat healthy foods. Earn points! Stay active or get in a workout. Earn points! Sleep well. Earn Points! Your points accumulate over the course of the challenge! Points are entered using our online form or submitted to us via text message! It doesn’t get much easier than that! Points allow you to quantify your results and see areas you need to focus. Points can also earn you a spot in challenge prize raffles!


The points vary from challenge to challenge. Here are some of the categories we use most often.

  • PLUS 1 point each time you eat lean protein.
  • PLUS 1 point each time you eat healthy veggies.
  • PLUS 1 point for every 8 ounces of water you drink.
  • PLUS 1 point for every 15 minutes you are active or working out.
  • MINUS 1 point for each serving of goolosh (unhealthy foods).

Enter points as often as you like! Every time you eat, drink, or workout update your score or wait and update once a day! When you update your score, we update the team score so you can see how the team is doing! After you check the score you might decide to extend your workout or shoot hoops with the kiddos a little longer to earn more points!
