REAL TIME PROPER GRIND GET LEAN CHALLENGE
AUGUST 17 – SEPTEMBER 17

CHALLENGE DETAILS
Earn points for drinking water, eating healthy foods,  and working out!
Points you earn help build your team total!
Prize raffles for team with the most points and top point getters!

PROPER GRIND POINTS
+1 point for every 8 ounces of water you drink
+1 point for each time you eat healthy veggies
+1 point for each time you eat lean protein
+1 point for every 15 minutes of exercise
+1 point each time you use #hype4lifefam and/or #properGrind on facebook, twitter, and/or instagram

GOOLOSH POINTS
-1 point for every serving of goolosh (unhealthy foods)

PRIZES
Each member of the winning team will be entered into a raffle for H4L apparel/gear!
The top 20 point getters will be entered into a raffle for H4L apparel/gear!

SCORING EXAMPLES
1) Let’s say you had salad(+1) with grilled chicken(+1) and 16 ounces of water(+2) after 60 min boxing class(+4) for dinner.  Your total  would be 8 points. You could enter 8 using the online form, you could text in “+8, or you could text in something like ” just had a great workout and healthy lunch! on my proper grind son! +8″.

2) Your sweet tooth is working you overtime and you can’t fight it. You decide to have a cupcake(-1) and two serving of chips(-2). Hey now… it happens! Your total would be -3 points. You could enter -3 using the online form, you could text in “-3”, or you could text in something like “couldn’t fight that sweet tooth any longer. goolosh on swole son! -3”.

3) Let’s combine numbers 1 and 2 above. You could enter 8 and -3 using the online form, you could text in “8 and -3”, you could text in something like “great workout and lunch! +8. The desert wasn’t bad either! -3.”, you could text in “+5”, or something like “pretty good lunch time grind today. +5”.

NOTE: We recommend keeping the proper grind(plus) points and the goolosh(minus) points separate but it is not required. The last example illustrates this.

1) ORDER your Hype4Life Proper Grind shirt/tank ($20-$25) or skip the shirt to save a little dough for groceries and join for $15.  We think the shirt is the way to go though. It will look nice in your workout selfies and you will be giving back more since 5% of every order will be donated to the Dynamic Water organization to support their initiative to provide clean water to those in need. Shirts will be available August 31st.

2) Fill out the RATED PG GLC registration form.
